After too many hours stuck in traffic just to grab gear from Boston, we decided to do something about it. That’s how NH Grip & Electric was born — a locally based grip and lighting rental house built to serve the needs of productions north of the city.

We’re directors, DPs, and producers ourselves, so we know what it’s like working with lean crews, tight turnarounds, and modest budgets. Production in New Hampshire isn’t always the same as in larger markets — and we take that into account by offering rentals that are practical, streamlined, and tailored to the way you actually shoot.
